The origins of C-MIST go back to 1855

C-MIST is an organisation which originated in 1855, as a Government institution to promote health and safety in the maritime shipping industry. Today, C-MIST provides services and training across seven divisions, and is also an approved training centre for a number of UK and International awarding bodies.
